Bimende Sadvakasovich Sadvakasov ( May 9, 1915 , Akmola Oblast , Russian Empire - September 29, 1983 ) - Soviet party and statesman, first secretary of the Dzhambul (1965-1970) and Taldy-Kurgan (1970-1972) regional committees of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.

Biography
In 1938 he graduated from the Kazakh Agricultural Institute .
- 1938-1940 - instructor, head of the sector, department of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Kazakhstan.
- 1940-1946 - in the Red Army , a participant in the Great Patriotic War .
- 1946-1949 - instructor of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Kazakhstan , head of the sector of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Kazakhstan.
- 1949-1954 - Head of the Department of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kazakh SSR.
- 1949-1954 - Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Kazakh SSR.
- 1954-1957 - Head of the Agricultural Department of the Karaganda Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan .
- 1957-1958 - Deputy Head of the Department of Agriculture of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
- 1958-1960 - instructor of the Central Committee of the CPSU .
- 1960-1964 - Secretary, Second Secretary of the Chimkent Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.

While holding the post of secretary of the Chimkent regional committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, Sadvakasov supported the initiative of the secretary of the Chimkent regional committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, Ismail Yusupov, to transfer the Uzbek SSR to cotton-growing collective farms and state farms and the developed lands of the Pakhta-Aral, Illichivsk and Kirov districts of the Chimkent 1 Kazakh SS.
Since 1972, retired.
