Village History

The development of the village began in the early 20s of the 20th century.

The village was upset and by 1943 there was already a leather factory, a brick factory, a wood-fired power plant was built. There was a horse yard, a garage. There were more than 100 horses, without young animals. On the island, just above the village, an oil depot was located. And although in the spring, cargoes from 1955 were delivered by ships along Bolshoy Pete, in the village there was a large fleet of ships that delivered cargo from Ust-Pete, Sukhoi Pete to Bryanka, and milk, birds, pigs, vegetables were brought from Pete-town. The main enterprises of the village at this time are: Bryankovsky procurement and storage workshop, motor transport and food supply, the main focus of which was the reception of goods during caravans, its transportation and storage, and timber for the needs of the region.

The bridge over Big Pete began to be built in 1985 and in May 1989 the bridge came into operation. Almost at this time, traffic begins on the Epishino-Bryanka road, which entered the Northern Yenisei tract, 294 km long, including 30 bridges.

A small elementary school was opened on the right bank of Pete in 1936. Since 1937, it is already a seven-year school, since 1953 - a ten-year school.

In 1999, a new two-story school building was built with sports and assembly halls, a dining room and classrooms, but due to a sharp reduction in students, only part of the building was occupied by the school.
