Otto Guevara Gut ( Spanish: Otto Guevara Guth ; October 13, 1960 , San Jose ) is a Costa Rican politician and founder of the Libertarian Movement . Otto Guevara was a deputy in 1998-2006. Otto Guevara is president of the Libertarian Movement and has been nominated by him for the presidency of Costa Rica in 2002, 2006 and 2010.
