Timbaland Presents Shock Value , [1] or Shock Value is the second solo studio album by music producer and rapper Timbaland , released in 2007 . Shock Value contains a large list of guest artists, including Justin Timberlake , The Hives , Fall Out Boy , Keri Hilson , Nelly Furtado , Missy Elliott , 50 Cent , Dr. Dre , OneRepublic , Elton John and Nicole Scherzinger .

Background and Album Release
The song "Release" appeared in the game from EA Sports Madden NFL 08 . [2] and “The Way I Are” became the NBA Live 08 soundtrack. On April 16, the unreleased song “Laugh at 'Em” leaked onto the Internet. She was supposed to be on the album, but was not completed at the time. It was a duet with Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake . Now the song is renamed to “Give It to Me” Remix. Another unreleased track - “I See U”, in the recordings of which Attitude and DOE took part, also appeared on the network.
The instrumental version of the album was posted on July 31, 2007 in the iTunes Music Store .
In support of the album, the Shock Value 2008 Tour was launched. The tour was supposed to begin in Australia and continue in New Zealand, but was delayed, but was then canceled the day before the start. [3]

The album received a mixed reaction of criticism. According to Metacritic, the album scored 54 points out of 100.
