Ustyuzhensky Uyezd (Ustyuzhna-Zheleznopolsky Uyezd, Ustyuzh Uyezd) is one of the counties of St. Petersburg province (1727), Novgorod province and governorate (1727-1918), and then Cherepovets province (1918-1927). The county town is Ustyuzhna (Ustyuzhna-Zheleznopolskaya).

History
In 1685, it was ordered to separate Ustyuzhno-Zhelezopolsky Uyezd from Uglich Uyezd . So the county was formed for the first time.
In 1719, in the St. Petersburg province, the Belozersky province was created, which included the Ustyuzhno-Zhelezopolsky district . In 1727 all districts were liquidated, and the provinces themselves began to be divided not only into provinces, but also into counties . Ustyuzhna-Zheleznopolskaya gave the name of the county. In 1727, the Novgorod province of 5 provinces (Novgorod, Pskov, Velikolutsk, Tver, Belozersky) was separated from the Petersburg province. County town since 1738 - Ustyuzhna. Then in Belozersky province there were 4 counties: Belozersky , Kargopolsky , Ustyuzhensky and Charondsky .
Since 1918, the county as part of the Cherepovets province . In 1927, it was abolished, the territory was distributed between the districts of the Cherepovets district of the Leningrad region .
