Dmitry Vyacheslavovich Chugunov (born June 9, 1968 , Moscow ) is a Soviet and Russian footballer, a Russian futsal player, and a football coach. International Master of Sports (1990). Now he is the head coach of the Perm mini-football club Arsenal .

Biography
He started playing football in 1977 in the Sports School “Timiryazevets” with the trainer V. Vyazovsky. In 1982 he moved to the Sports School “Torpedo” (coach N. Senyukov). The debut match in the major league of the USSR Championship was held for the Moscow “Torpedo” in the 1986 season. Then he made his Cup debut in the Cup , having played the full match against Stuttgart , where he had to restrain the attacks of Jürgen Klinsmann . In that match, the Moscow team won 2-0, and Chugunov became the author of the assist. In just 5 seasons at Torpedo, the young defender played 22 matches in the championship and 5 matches in European competition, scoring a goal against the Irish Cork City .
In 1990, Chugunov, as part of the USSR youth soccer team, became the European champion among youth teams , for which he was awarded the title of USSR master of sports of international class . After that, Dmitry played for the Moscow Lokomotiv and the Yaroslavl Shinnik . Not getting a lot of playing time, in 1992 he decided to start playing for the KSM-24 mini-football club. During the breaks in the mini-football championship, he also played big football for the clubs of the lower football leagues in Finland (in 1992-1994).
In 1997, Chugunov was invited to the leading club of the country - Moscow “ Dina ”. For four seasons of performances in his composition, Dmitry became the three- time Russian futsal champion , two - time winner of the Russian futsal cup , as well as the winner of the 1999 European futsal champions tournament and the owner of the 1997 Intercontinental futsal cup . Then he held one season as part of Inteko (then renamed Dynamo 23) and three and a half seasons as part of CSKA . In 2005, Chugunov moved to Arbat , where he played the role of a playing coach. After the dissolution of the club, he decided to try his hand at beach soccer , moving to the capital's “Stroymekhanizatsiya”.
As part of the Russian national football team, Chugunov became the bronze medalist of the 1996 World Cup and the 1999 European champion . In total, he spent 23 matches for the national team and scored 4 goals.
After spending one season at Stroymekhanizatsiya as a playing coach, Chugunov decided to end his playing career and focused on coaching. In 2009, he entered the Dina coaching staff. After the resignation of Alexander Verizhnikov, he served as head coach of the team for three months. At the end of 2010, Dmitry headed the Nizhny Novgorod Football-Hockey NN club. A season later, he changed the club to Perm Arsenal .
