Multi-tier pressure cooker
Mantovarka (also, mantyshnitsa , kaskan [1] ) is a specialized steamer designed for cooking Asian dishes of manti and oromo . Also suitable for steaming diet meals.
Mantovarka is a multi-tiered pan, in the lower section of which water is poured, then heated to boiling, and in the upper ones, which do not come in contact with water and have lattice bottoms - pallets with holes, stack manti (or other products). Through holes in the bottoms of the upper sections, steam is accessed from boiling water to processed products of all tiers, which ensures cooking.
