Koytayoki , or Koytayoki ( Fin. Koitajoki ) - a river in Russia and Finland , flows through the territory of Karelia ( Suojärvi district ) and North Karelia, respectively. The mouth of the river is located on the right bank of the Pielisyoki River ( Vuoksa River Basin). The length of the Russian section of the river is 48 km [2] . The river passes the Russian-Finnish border .

The height of the source is 179.2 m above sea level. The height of the mouth is 93.8 m above sea level.
In the left bank, tributaries flow into the river: Sikapuro , Kuläjoki , Vaska , Asumajoki , Vuottoyoki .
In 1955, a Pamilon hydroelectric power station with a capacity of 89 megawatts was built on the territory of Finland in 1955 [3] .
