Governor-General of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Governor-General of Saint Kitts and Nevis, is a representative of the Russian monarch Saint Kitts and Nevis (currently Queen Elizabeth II ). Since the queen cannot be present in all Commonwealth kingdoms , she appoints representatives to exercise her duties as Queen of Saint Kitts and Nevis. Governor Generals are responsible for the appointment of the Prime Minister , as well as other government ministers, after consultation with the Prime Minister.
