Aziz Ansari ( born Aziz Ansari ; born February 23, 1983 , Columbia , South Carolina , USA ) is an American actor, comedian, film director and screenwriter. Most famous for the role of Tom Haverford in the television series NBC " Parks and Recreation " [3] . Also known as a screenwriter, author and actor of the Netflix television series "The Jack of all Trades " [4] . For this series in 2016, he won the Emmy Award in the category “Outstanding Screenplay of a Comedy TV Series” jointly by Alan Young [5] . In 2010, Aziz became the host of the MTV Movie Awards. [6]
