History
The village was founded in 1956 , when the foundations of the first six prefabricated houses were laid. In 1958, five single-family houses were commissioned, and two-apartment houses were built in parallel. In the 1960s, the village quickly settled. Along with the construction of houses, residents planted orchards and vineyards. In 1960, the first elementary school opened. In the same year, a kindergarten, a canteen, and a store were opened. A year later, the construction of the club began.
In 1962, the administrative center of the Volsovkhoz "Bolshovsky" was officially transferred to Victory. There was intensive construction of comfortable housing, a granary was erected, the first water supply lines were laid .
In 1974, a new kindergarten with 120 places was built, a school on a standard project with 320 places.
From 1973 to 1981, a bathhouse, a carpentry workshop, a fire station, a spare parts warehouse, a grain store for 500 tons, a fuel and lubricant warehouse, a material warehouse, a woodworking workshop, and a hostel were built. In 1979, the wines of the state farm "Bolshovsky" was renamed the wines of the state farm "Victory". In 1981, construction began on two-level residential semi-detached houses.
