NAMM Show is one of the largest exhibitions of musical instruments and equipment in the world. Held every January in the Californian city of Anaheim in one of the largest exhibition centers - Anaheim Convention Center . The organizer is the National Association of Music Merchants , from whose abbreviation the name of the event is formed.
Larger than the NAMM Show, perhaps only the MusikMesse exhibition, which takes place annually in Frankfurt , Germany . Unlike many other similar shows (for example, the Moscow specialized exhibition Music-Moscow), the NAMM Show is closed to ordinary visitors, and only participants in the music market and specially invited guests can get acquainted with the latest music technologies.
