“Sugar Rush” is the third and final single from the Teen Spirit album of the Swedish band A * Teens .

Content
History
The single was released in June 2001 when the band went on tour in the United States. He was not successful, taking the lowest position in the Swedish hit parade in the history of A * Teens. In addition, he became the first single of the group, which did not receive the status of "gold" in Sweden. It is noteworthy that in Argentina he took a higher chart position than in Sweden.
The video clip was shot on Malibu Beach (directed by Patrick Keely, who had already worked with the band twice before) and is a typical summer video. Its premiere took place on May 23, 2001 [2] . Amit recalled that it was very cool on the set, and he and Dani had to swim, as a result of which he “nearly died from the cold” [2] .
On Nickelodeon ’s American children's channel, Sugar Rush was nominated for Best Video of the Year [3] , but lost to the * NSYNC Pop video.
