Nelson Tower - 171-meter skyscraper located on Seventh Avenue , 450 in Manhattan . It was built in 1931 and became the tallest building in the Sewing Quarter . The building was erected according to the project of the architect Severance ( English ) at the expense of the New York entrepreneur Julius Nelson.

The skyscraper has a rectangular base, its facade has several ledges. The facades are made of brown stone and bordered with white stone on top. The top of the tower is made entirely of white stone. Upward, it narrows somewhat. Among the largest modern tenants is the search firm Kenzer Corporation.
