Biography
Born on October 17, 1965 in Chisinau . In 1988 he graduated from the Moscow State Technical University. N. E. Bauman , in 1990 graduate school at this university, and in 2005 received an MBA from the Higher School of Economics.
In 1991, with his partner, Vladimir Pronin, founded the company "Genser Service", which later became a group of companies Genser .
