Biography

I.F.Setkina-Nesterova was born on May 4 (17), 1900 .

In the cinema since 1917 . She began to work first as a gluer, then as a fitter. In 1919, an employee of the All-Russian Film Department of the People's Commissariat of Education . Since 1931, the director of the TSSDF . Director of films: “Stages of a Long Way” (1959, together with I. Kopalin), “The Great Patriotic War” (1965, together with R. Carmen), “The Feat of the People is Immortal” (1966), etc. [1] .

She died on December 31, 1990 in Moscow.
