Yukhney, Mikhail Fedorovich

Mikhail Fedorovich Yukhney (b. January 7, 1951 ) - Soviet and Russian lawyer, chairman of the 4th judicial composition of the Supreme Arbitration Court of Russia .

Biography

Born on January 7, 1951 in the village of Tisov, Dolinsky district, Ivano-Frankivsk region, Ukrainian SSR .

In 1978 he graduated from the Law Faculty of Lviv State University named after Yves. Franco .

From 1978 to 1980 he worked as an arbitrator, senior arbitrator of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional consumer union.

From 1980 to 1986 - senior legal adviser of the legal department of the Central Union of the USSR.

From 1986 to 1991 - deputy head of the Organizational Department, deputy head of the department for supervision and generalization of arbitration practice, state arbiter of the USSR State Arbitration.

In 1991, he was a judge of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the USSR .

In 1992, he was appointed judge of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation. Since 1995, he has been the chairman of the 4th judicial composition of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation for the consideration of disputes arising from administrative and other public legal relations.
