September 12, 2014 he died in the Sailor Sailor Silence . Yuri Minkin was accused of major embezzlement from banks and the organization of illegal migration. On September 10, 2014, the investigation petitioned the Tver court to extend the arrest of Yuri Minkin. However, the meeting did not take place: he felt ill right in the courthouse, and an ambulance took him back to the Sailor's Silence hospital ward. On September 12, the accused was again brought to court. In the hall, Minkin again had an attack. An hour later, an ambulance took him to a pre-trial detention center.
