The Benetton B195 is a race car designed by Ross Brown and Rory Byrne and built by the Benetton team to compete in the 1995 Formula One World Championship in auto racing.

Johnny Herbert drives the B195 at the 1995 Canadian Grand Prix .
The B195 chassis with the new Renault RS7 three-liter engine allowed M. Schumacher to become the World Champion for the second time in his career, and the Benetton team won their first Design Cup .
At the end of the season, Schumacher, along with some staff of the team moved to Ferrari .
