Born on May 27, 1956 in the village of Zhana-Arna, Ili District, Alma-Ata Region.
1980 - the end. Kazakh State University S. M. Kirova,
1991 - graduated. APS
1994 - graduated. Kazakh State Academy of Management (in absentia),
Economist, political scientist, candidate of economic sciences.
1980-1983 - After graduation, he worked as a master, secretary of the Komsomol committee of the GPTU
