Akkuzovo is a settlement of the Bashkirs of the Mushuginsky tuba of the Bulyar volost. Since 1866, it has been part of the Baysarovskaya volost, covering “32 villages with a population of 20,330 souls, consisting of Bashkirs and a small part of Russians engaged in agriculture” ^[1] .

In 1816, 97 Bashkirs-patrimonial-Bulyarians and 78 Bashkirs-prisoners from the Yeneysky volost were taken into account, in 1834 there were 327 Bashkirs to 47 yards, including 45 tepters , and in 1870 592 Bashkirs lived in the village.

In 1854, Bashkirs-prisoners testified:

“We, in proof of our patrimonial right in the Yeney volost, have a letter given to our ancestors by our deed, which is in the hands of the same-fathers of our Bashkirs in the village of Chelnanarata, in which tamgis were enclosed by Abdulgafar Dautov, Misbakhitdin Rakhmetullin, Nigametulla Valitov, Fatkulla Murtazadyuladuluhuli Mukhululah Muhaduluhuli Muhaduluhulah, , Rakhmetulla Valitov, Mukhamediyar Khabibullin, Mukhametzyan Rakhmetullin, Mukhametnabiy Rakhmetullin. In 1848 there was a mill, in 1905 - a hardware store.

According to the Podvornaya census of 1912, 534 Bashkirs-patriarchs lived in Akkuzevo, who admitted 405 Bashkirs-Yenets and teppers. The estate was owned by 2,454 acres of allotment land, and the parishioners owned an allotment of 725 acres.

Until 1920, it entered the Baysarovsky volost of the Menzelinsky district of the Ufa province , from 1920 - into the Menzelinsky canton of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, from August 10, 1930 - in the Aktanyshsky, from February 1, 1963 - in the Menzelinsky , from January 12, 1965 - in the Aktanyshsky district.
