Tolis Khan Shibobi ( Chinese ex. 突 利 可汗 , Pinyin : tulikehan , Ustare [1] . Tuli Khan; personal name Chinese. Ex . 阿 史 那 苾 , Pinyin : ashina shibobi - Ashina Shibobi) - Khan eastern aimak of the Turkic kaganate from 603 to 631 years .

Biography
The son of Shabir Khan, married the Princess of Huainan, Sui. In 603 he was appointed to the post of Tholos Khan, it was the easternmost aimak of Kaganate, under his administration were Khitan and Mohe . He placed his stake north of Yuzhou. In 624 Shibobi met with Li Shimin and made an alliance with him. Gradually, Shibobi’s relations with subordinate tribes deteriorated because of the lawless taxes he collected. Seyeanto, Hee and Xi fled to China. In 627 he sent an army to put down the rebellion, but the army was defeated. An angry kagan put Tolis Khan in custody and punished with sticks, but soon he forgave him. In 628 Shibobi broke away from the horde migrated to the borders of China. Kagan unsuccessfully tried to get him back. In China, Shibobi was awarded a princely title, military rank and received 700 courtyards for maintenance.
When the kaganate was destroyed in 630, Li Shimin announced that despite all the merits of Shibobi, he would not make him a kagan so that there would be no new war between the Turks and the Chinese, and ordered him to return to his aimag. On the way, near Binzhou, Shibobi died. His son Khelohu became Tolis Khan.
