Biography

Born in the family of a factory employee. He received his primary education (2 classes) at the higher primary school, operating in the territory of the factory village.

  • In 1917 he began his career as a laborer at the Krasny Klyuch paper mill in the modern Nurimanovsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan . In the same place in 1919 he became one of the organizers of the Komsomol cell, and subsequently was elected its chairman.
  • In 1920, at the call of the Central Committee of the RKSM, he joined the Red Army and was sent to study in the machine gun military school of the command staff in the city of Penza , from where he was demobilized as a minor in November 1921.
  • In 1921 he returned to Birsk, worked at the factory and headed the local Komsomol organization.
  • In 1924, he was nominated by the work collective to the factory committee, where he worked first as secretary and then chairman of the organization.
  • Since 1925, a member of the CPSU (b), the CPSU .
  • From 1929 to 1931 he worked in senior positions in the Bashkir Council of Trade Unions, then was transferred to work in the Bashkir Regional Committee of the CPSU (B.).
  • In the years 1932-1934. - Studying at the Ural-Kazakhstan Industrial Academy (graduated from 1 course). Recalled to work in the commission for cleaning party ranks.
  • In 1934-1935 - First Secretary of the Petukhov District Committee of the CPSU (B.) ( Chelyabinsk Region , now Kurgan Region ).
  • In 1935-1937 - At party, Soviet work in the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic : Secretary of the Buzovyazovsky District Committee of the CPSU (b), Secretary of the Blagoveshchensk District Committee of the CPSU (b).
  • In 1937-1940 - People’s Commissar of Light Industry of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, Commissioner of the USSR People’s Commissariat for Logging in the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, People’s Commissar of the Timber Industry of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
  • In the years 1940-1947. - First Deputy Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars - Council of Ministers of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
  • In 1938, 1947 he was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic of the 1st and 2nd convocations (Sharansky District, Sharansky District and Nurimanovsky District No. 112, Nurimanovsky District ).
  • In 1947, he attended the refresher courses at the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks .
  • In 1947 he was transferred to work in the Kurgan region and was elected chairman of the Executive Committee of the Kurgan Regional Council of Workers' Deputies of the second convocation.
  • In April 1950, he was transferred to the post of first deputy chairman of the Kurgan Oblast Executive Committee, which he worked as until his retirement in 1959 .

About 12 years Leonid Aleksandrovich Ivanov was a deputy of the Kurgan Regional Council of Workers 'Deputies and the Kurgan City Council of Workers' Deputies.

Awards and titles

He was awarded the Order of Lenin (1943) and two Orders of the Red Banner of Labor (1944, 1956), medals "For Valiant Labor in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945" and "For the Development of Virgin Lands"
