Location
The village of Tõrvaiye is located in the north-eastern part of the volost, between the roads 1 ( Tallinn - Narva ) and 91 ( Narva - Narva-Jõesuu - Hiemetsa ), on both banks of the lower reaches of the Tyrva river [3] [8] .
Population
As of December 31, 2011, according to the 2011–2012 census of Estonia , 39 people (22 men and 17 women) lived in the territory of the village of Tyrvayye [4] .
In 2000, the population was 45 people (21 men and 24 women) [9] .
