Volzhsky Boulevard (the name was approved in 1964 [1] [2] ) is a street in the Southeastern administrative district of Moscow on the territory of the Tekstilshchiki , Kuzminki and partially Ryazansky districts.

Location
From Volgogradsky Prospekt to Shkuleva Street, a small park is located between the two driveways, a monument to Mikhail Sholokhov is located near Volgogradsky Prospekt , next to it are sculptures depicting two Cossacks on horseback. From Volgogradsky Prospekt to Saratovskaya Street, there are two streets parallel to each other, between them the building is present closer to the eastern section. There, on the odd side, on the site of state farm greenhouses, a new Volzhsky microdistrict was built.
The streets of Graivoronovskaya , Saratovskaya, 11th Tekstilshchikov , 10th Tekstilshchikov , 8th Tekstilshchikov , Chistova , Shkuleva adjoin the even side; from the odd one - Okskaya , Marshal Chuikov , Vasiltsovsky camp; Crosses Volgogradsky Prospekt and Young Lenintsi Street ; to the south the boulevard narrows and continues like Krasnodonskaya street .
Name Origin
Named along the Volga River , due to its location in the southeast of Moscow.
