Biography
It originates from the subgenus Mamadayir of the Kuandyk clan of the Argyn tribe [1] .
He worked as the chairman of the Ayaguzsky Committee on Physical Culture and Sports, the head of the organizational department of the Chubartau District Executive Committee, then the instructor, the head of the organizational department of the Chubartau District Executive Committee, the deputy chairman of the Chubartau District Executive Committee, and the second secretary of the Chubartau District Party Committee.
From 1992 to 2000 - General Director of the diversified company "Sary-Arka", Chairman of the Semipalatinsk Regional Territorial Committee on State Property, First Deputy Akim of the city of Semipalatinsk. From 2001 to 2007, Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kazpolygraph JSC.
He was a member of the Council of Entrepreneurs under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the coordinating council of the Atameken National Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers of Kazakhstan, and deputy chairman of the Economic Council under the Akim of East Kazakhstan Region.
By order of the akim of the East Kazakhstan region dated March 12, 2007 No. 36-k was appointed akim of the city of Semey .
He was elected as a deputy of the regional maslikhat . Repeatedly studied abroad (in the USA, Germany, Holland, Israel).
