Mikhail Ivanovich Kleandrov (born August 14, 1946 , Tashkent ) - retired judge of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation (1996) [1] , Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation (2011) [2] , Doctor of Law, Professor, Member correspondent of RAS (1997). Member of the scientific editorial board and editorial board of the “ Big Tyumen Encyclopedia ” ( 2004 ) [3] [4] .

Biography

Born in Tashkent .

He graduated from the Tajik State University in 1970 with a degree in jurisprudence.

From 1961 to 1989 he worked in Dushanbe:

  • 1961 - 1962 - milling machine operator Geological Survey
  • 1962 - 1964 - milling machine factory "Torgmash"
  • 1964 - 1967 - Inspector of the children's room of the Ministry of Public Order Protection of the Tajik SSR
  • 1967 - 1972 - Legal Counsel, Senior Legal Counsel of the Tajik Consumer Union
  • 1972 - 1973 - served in the Soviet Army
  • 1973 - 1977 - Head of the Legal Department of Tajikpotrebsoyuz
  • 1977 - 1980 - State arbitrator of the State Arbitrage of the Tajik SSR
  • 1980 - 1989 - Senior, Chief Researcher, Institute of History, Academy of Sciences of the Tajik SSR.

From 1989 to 1993 - Head of the Department of Tyumen State University.

From 1993 to 1995 - Judge of the Economic Court of the CIS.

From 1995 to the appointment of a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation - Chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Tyumen region .

Appointed judge of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on August 12, 2003.

Since September 1, 2016 - retired judge of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.

Since 2016 - Chief Researcher of the Comparative Law Department of the Russian State University of Justice [5]
