Information portal of Turkmenistan "TURKMENInform" (IP "TURKMENinform") - today one of the leading independent, non-state news agencies of Turkmenistan. The priority direction for IP "TURKMENinform" is the monitoring of the socio-political and socio-economic situation in the whole country and regions, in particular: analysis of the relationship between the authorities and society; a study of the main factors determining the state of the national security of the republic; rating of the most active participants in the political and business life of the country [1] .

IP "TURKMENinform" was founded in 2007, operates around the clock, has its own correspondent network in Turkmenistan, and also has its own special correspondents in the CIS countries.

Information IP "TURKMENinform" is distributed by subscription through an open / closed news feed.
Since 2009, the portal TURKMENinform has opened a new service that allows access to half-closed (partially displayed in the open part of the site) news by paying via SMS from a mobile phone.
