In 1964 he entered the architectural faculty of LISI . Studies in the university were accompanied by classes in urban literary associations, where the poetic atmosphere at that time was determined by G. Gorbovsky , A. Kushner , V. Sosnora , I. Brodsky . The first serious critical reviews of the verses of Vladimir Plamenevsky, in particular, the review of Naum Korzhavin on the youthful poem “The Gulf Stream of Love”, date back to the same time. [2] .
After defending his diploma in 1970, he received distribution to Moscow , but in the same year he returned to Leningrad and worked for six years at the Lenproekt Institute. Classes in literature continued all the time, but nothing was offered to the press.
In 1976 he came to the construction of Ust-Ilimsk , where he first worked in a working design group, two years later becoming an artist-architect of the Art Fund. In 1985 he joined the Union of Architects of Russia . As a poet Vladimir Plamenevsky for the first time in 1976, spoke at the Irkutsk regional conference “Youth. Creation. Modernity ”and became a laureate. A selection of poems were published in the Irkutsk collective collections, in the central journals Literary Study and Student Meridian . Gulyaev. The publication of poems was banned. After numerous litigations with Oblit and a publishing editor in 1987 in Irkutsk, the second poetic collection “Hello forever” was published. In the review of the manuscript of this book, the poetess Tatyana Bek noted: “We have before us a strong lyric poet with an acute view of the world and the high technique of poetry.” [3]
In 1992, the poet moved to Listvyanka on Lake Baikal , built a residential building and next to it the first private art gallery with guest houses in the Irkutsk region.
