Indictment - the focus of the activities of the investigator , interrogator , prosecutor and court in criminal and administrative proceedings , in which these officials take the position of the prosecution , ignore the arguments of the defense , neglect the circumstances testifying in favor of the person held criminally or administratively liable, which affects objective investigation and consideration of the case.
