Greece participated in the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary ( Canada ) for the eleventh time in its history, but did not win any medals. Greek athletes took part in competitions in alpine skiing and cross-country skiing. Tomai Lefusi became the first Greek athlete to take part in the Winter Olympics. The delegation was headed by Stelios Vasilopoulos , the Olympic attache - Konstantin Isaakidis [1] .
