Biography
He graduated from the Voronezh Agricultural Institute , was a student of the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU .
In the years 1921-1923. - in the Red Army .
Then - a researcher, agronomist, director of a state farm.
In 1941-1949 - Head of the agricultural department of the Tambov regional committee of the CPSU (b), head of the Tambov regional land department.
In 1949 - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Tambov Regional Council
From December 1948 to December 1957 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Tambov Regional Council.
From February 20, 1958 to December 8, 1962 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Council.
From December 8, 1962 to December 28, 1964 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Krasnoyarsk Village Council
