Travis killed at least 12 to 20 prostitutes . He claimed to have killed 17 women between 2000 and 2002 . in the basement of his house in Ferguson , Missouri . He equipped the basement of his house with a torture chamber; the maniac filmed some torture and torture of the victims on video.
