Story
Francois and Renee continue to work together. Rene is not going to change anything, he also continues to play at the races. But not Francois! One day, he decides to tell Rene that he is tired of all his dirty work and that he is preparing to pass the exam for the post of commissioner. There is a quarrel between the partners, during which Rene argues with Francois that the first one who came down the stairs has something to hide. This person is a banker who will later help them expose the corrupt cops.
One day, while patrolling the city, they notice a thief and catch him with a loot. After this, Francois decides to give the money to their owner - a long-time friend of René, with whom he broke up in the distant past, having acted not very beautifully. When Francois returns her stolen money, she notices Renee. After some time, having come to the police, she claims that nobody returned anything to her. Companions are put in jail until the circumstances are clarified. Sitting behind bars, Rene tells Francois everything, explaining what caused her such an act.
Both police officers are suspended. All those who were dissatisfied with their constant exactions begin to go to the commissariat, and other people who stand up for justice come to replace them.
