Story
12 heroes rest in a stone prison under the Temple of Paradise, waiting for their help to be needed again. When the evil Bronakh attacks Kalinthia, the sorcerers of Kalinthia decide to call on four heroes (two warriors, a mage and a priest ) to fight evil and defend Kalinthia.
Gameplay
The player controls 4 heroes whom he chooses at the beginning of the game; Each of them has its own set of characteristics, as well as inventory. In addition to icons for controlling characters, the screen has a window in which a three-dimensional view “from the eyes” of the characters is presented.
Fights take place in real time, while weapons and magic have a “cooling down” period: after use, they can be used only after some time.
Management is carried out mainly using the mouse .
Perception
Observers note that the porting of the game from the Amiga platform was not performed well enough: the music was present only during the screensaver, the game does not always respond to mouse movements, and sometimes freezes altogether [1] .
Despite this, the game is rated quite high by observers, although it is noted that it loses in comparison with the classic games of the genre (such as Wizardry ) [2] . Among its advantages is a high degree of freedom of the player’s actions (due to the use of the “open world” model), the richness of the game process and the depth of immersion in the game world [1] .
