Biography
Viktor Pavlovich in 1940 graduated from secondary school No. 1 of the city of Efremov in the Tula region and was drafted into the Red Army , was wounded in the first days of World War II . In 1942, he graduated from the Leningrad Military School of Communications in Uralsk (Kazakhstan).
In 1942-1946 - commander of a radio platoon in the 14th VA (Volkhovsky, 2nd and 3rd Baltic Fronts); in 1946-1949 - commander of the radio company in the 14th and 16th VA; in 1949-1951 - commander of the radio battalion in the 24th VA; in 1951-1952 - Senior officer of the communications department of the headquarters of the 24th and 26th VA; in 1952-1960 - Assistant Chief of Communications Troops of the 26th VA. From 1953 to 1957, V. P. Korobtsev studied in absentia at the Military Red Banner Academy of Communications named after Budyonny , who graduated with a gold medal. in 1960-1964 - The chief of the communications troops and the RTO of the 57th VA; in 1964-1976 - Head of the Tambov Military Aviation Technical School ; in 1976-1980 - Head of the Tambov Higher Military Aviation Engineering School . In April 1981, Major General Korobtsev was sacked. He lived in the city of Tambov.

Children - Pavel and Vladimir.
