Gita Shika

Guita Xica ( Spanish: La Guita Xica ) - a dragon from Catalan legends. Originally it was a mule driven by legs, hence the former name, “Mulaguita”. Geeta Chica - the dragon who patronizes the people of Catalonia and the Communion Festival - Patum de Berga . As for his appearance, he has a green body, a very long neck and fangs, as well as dark, shiny eyes.

It used to be called Mulagit and Mulafer. Initially, Gita Shika was a demon, but later turned into a protective dragon in the spirit of the festival. During the festivities and great performances, the dragon was built in the city squares, and he spit fireworks.

It first appeared in 1890 , and is also known as the Guita of Boja ( Spanish: La guita boja , colored string)
