Biography
Received secondary education. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1927
In 1931-1938 - Director of the farm. Since 1938, at party and Soviet work.
- 1940-1942 - second secretary of the Saratov regional committee of the CPSU (b),
- 1942-1943 - First Deputy Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic,
- 1943-1955 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Council,
- 1955-1961 - First Secretary of the Omsk Regional Party Committee. In Omsk, it is not popular due to excesses in agriculture. The street named after Kolushchinsky was returned to its former name - Postal.
Member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (1956-1961).
Member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of 2–5 convocations.
Since 1961, retired. He was buried in the Old North Cemetery.
