Geography
The village is located 45 km (on roads) northeast of the city of Belaya Kalitva (district center), located on the right bank of the Kalitva river.

Attractions
The territory of the Rostov region was inhabited in the Neolithic era. People living in ancient parking lots and settlements by the rivers were mainly engaged in gathering and fishing [3] . The steppe for pastoralists of all time has been a vast pasture for livestock. From those times there were many burial mounds with burials of residents of these places. Mounds and mound groups are under state protection.
Near the territory of the farm Golovka Belokalitvinsky district there are several attractions - monuments of archeology. They are protected in accordance with Federal Law of 25.06.2002 N 73-ФЗ "On Objects of Cultural Heritage (Monuments of History and Culture) of the Peoples of the Russian Federation", Regional Law of 22.10.2004 N 178-ЗС "On Objects of Cultural Heritage (Monuments of History and culture) in the Rostov region, "by Decree of the Head of the Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02.21.97 N 51 on the adoption of state monuments of history and culture of the Rostov region and measures for their protection, etc.
- Cross-section mound group (9 mounds), located at a distance of about 4.5 kilometers northwest of the Golovka farm.
- The Head I Barrow is located about one kilometer northwest of the Head Head Farm.
- Kurgan group "Head II" (6 mounds), located at a distance of about 600 meters north of the farm Head.
- The Sukhoi Kurgan group (4 mounds) is located at a distance of about three kilometers northeast of the Golovka farm [4] .
