History
The first mention of the village is in the scribe book of 1584-1586. The name is associated with the fact of the founding of a new settlement [2] . A country road passed through the village to the villages of Isakova , Perepechina and beyond. It is known that by the beginning of the 1850s, 209 peasants lived in the village. In 1858, there was a decrease in the population to 170 people, which could be due to the relocation of part of the inhabitants to the St. Petersburg highway , to the owner villages of Dmitrovka, Novaya (later becoming Novaya Dmitrovka (Novodmitrovka) ) and others.
By the beginning of the 20th century, there were 192 inhabitants in the village, in 1927 - the same number [3] .
During the construction of the military strategic airfield of the USSR Armed Forces , and later the Sheremetyevo Airport , in 1959, in the vicinity of the villages of Novaya and Dmitrovka, residents of the liquidated villages of the Krasnopolyansky district of the Moscow Region began to be transported, including the village of Novosyolki (which ceased to exist, in the old place , see map of Moscow County , 1849).
In Novosyolki there was a collective farm (collective farm) βThe Way of Communismβ [4] .
In 1984, a village with a population of 209 inhabitants [5] became part of Moscow. In 1986, the streets of the village, which had no names before (except for the name received a year earlier Novoselsky passage, now the 2nd street of Novosyolka), received the names from 1st to 4th streets of Novosyolki. [6]
There was a plan for large-scale construction in the microdistrict, for the placement of standard and individual multi-storey residential buildings planned for sale with a total area of ββ1,500,000 - 1,800,000 square meters (including the first phase of construction - 800,000 sq. M., Of which 1997 - 1998 - 400,000 sq. M.) And the social infrastructure of the city, but he was not destined to be realized [7] .
By the beginning of the 21st century, 133 people lived in the village in 48 residential buildings (there were 56 houses in total).
According to Moscow Government Decree No. 150-PP of March 7, 2006, Novosyolki with a population of 198 people were scheduled for resettlement. [8] There were plans to demolish Novosyolok along with former neighboring villages by the end of 2010 for residential development. [9] However, in 2009, the alleged developer, Inteko , reportedly refused to build, and a second tender for the development of the territory in 2010 is likely. [ten]
Now Novosyolki has completely merged with the former parts of the neighboring villages of Molzhaninovka and Novodmitrovka (Novaya Dmitrovka), located on the right side of Leningradka .
On the territory of the microdistrict there are streets [11] :
- Gatchina street
- 1st street Novosyolki ;
- 2nd street Novosyolki ;
- 3rd street Novosyolki ;
- 4th street Novosyolki ;
- Okhtinskaya street ;
- Okhtinsky passage .
In accordance with the plans of the Moscow Government, this microdistrict provides for the new construction of residential buildings and infrastructure and the arrangement of streets.
