Geography
The farm is located 15 km (on the roads) east of the town of Belaya Kalitva (district center), on the left bank of the Kalitva river. Very picturesque places, Kayalan readings are held annually.

History
The farm got the name “Pogorelov” due to the fact that in 1797, on the orders of the Chancellery of the Chancellery, the farm was burnt, which originated near the roller mill. The farm itself Pogorelov was rebuilt in the same place later. [2]
