Content
Geography
The settlements of the Vishnevsky Village Council (except Vishnevka) are located along the banks of the Field Board .
History
In the post-war years, the Semenovsky village council existed on the territory of the Shchigrovsky district [2] .
On June 28, 1965, the village Shchigrovsky of the fruit-nursery sovkhoz was transferred from the Prigorodnensky Village Council to the Semyonovsky Village Council [2] .
In December 1975, the villages of Brodok and Nemtsovka of the Semenovskiy Village Council were incorporated into the town of Shchigry [3] .
By the decision of the Presidium of the Kursk Regional Council of People's Deputies No. 3 of January 9, 1992, the administrative center of the Semyonovskiy Village Council was transferred from the village of Semyonovka to the village of Vyshneve, and therefore the Semenovskiy Village Council was renamed the Vishnevsky Village Council [3] .
The Vishnevsky village council received the status of a rural settlement in accordance with the law of the Kursk region No. 48-ZKO “On the municipal formations of the Kursk region” of October 14, 2004 [4] .
Transportation
The Shchigry - Tim and Shchigry - Cheremisinovo motor roads pass through the territory of the Vishnyovskiy village council, a suburban bus service to the town of Shchigry is carried out.
