Euronate

Euronate is an organization of European far-right nationalist political parties, originally formed at the congress of the French National Front in Strasbourg on March 30, 1997 [1] . Euronate had free organizational structures, and was based on coordination with the National Front [1] . The organization failed to attract significant support in Western Europe , while Jean-Marie Le Pen (the then leader of the National Front) managed to gain support in Eastern Europe [1] . The so-called Nordnat was an attempt to form a regional organization of the Scandinavian parties [1] . As of the end of the 2000s, only the National Front , the British National Party , the National Democrats (Spain), the National Democrats (Sweden), the Swedish Democrats , the Italian Tricolor Flame , the New Right (Netherlands) were members of the Euronate [2] .
