Surmatash State Reserve is a specially protected natural territory of Kyrgyzstan , formed in 2009 , which is located in the Kadamzhai district of Batken region . It was organized by the Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic dated June 27, 2009 No. 414 [1] in order to:
