In the Russian-Polish war (1654–1667) the exact place of the Battle of Lyubar was the victory of Poles Stanislav “Revere” Pototsky over Vasily Sheremetev’s army. The hussars became decisive factors thanks to which the Poles won, despite the considerable numerical superiority of the Russian side [1] .
