Petrik, Viktor Ivanovich

Viktor Petrik was born in 1946 in the village of Karpovtsy, Zhytomyr Region ^{[5] [6]} .

In 1975, he graduated in absentia from the Faculty of Psychology of the Leningrad University ^{[6] [7] [8]} . In his own words, he tried to get a diploma at the Physics Department of the same university , but without success ^[9] .

Even before studying at the university, Petrik conducted mass hypnosis sessions ^{[10] [11]} .

He worked as a researcher at the Research Institute. V.M. Bekhtereva ^{[7] [12]} .

At the end of 1982, Petrik was arrested for the attempted assault on the apartment of Rzhevskys, committed, as evidenced by operational materials, “V. I. Petrik together with Sutyrin, Erofeev and Shepsnev ” ^[6] . In December 1984, V.I. Petrik was sentenced to 11 years in prison with confiscation of property under 13 articles of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR: fraud, robbery, extortion, coercion to give false testimony, etc. ^{[2] [3]} . In January 1989, he was released on parole ^[3] , after which he worked as an artist in the design workshops of Leningrad ^[5] .

Since the beginning of the 1990s, he was the CEO and sole founder of Incorporation 4T, LLC, which was engaged in growing artificial garnets , amethysts and other minerals for the jewelry industry according to the technology developed at the State Optical Institute . It was also reported that Petrik was engaged in the selection of the osmium- 187 isotope from rhenium minerals ( gezkazganite ) ^{[13] [14]} . In the early 1990s, Petrik was mixed up in the story of the export of contraband osmium abroad. In this criminal case, the vice-mayor of St. Petersburg Lev Savenkov was arrested ^[15] .

In 1997, Petrik became a member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS) ^[5] (however, RAS Academician E. B. Aleksandrov also reported that the Handbook of the Academy of Natural Sciences of 2000 was silent about it ^[16] ).

On May 22, 2001, by the decision of the so-called “ Higher Inter-Academic Attestation Commission ” of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, he was awarded a fictitious “degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences” ^[11] (October 17, 2001 the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation made a decision on the incompetence of the attestation activity of the Higher Inter-Academic Attestation Commission ). The correspondent of GZT.RU in the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences reported that Petrik does not pay membership fees, and his institute of fullerenes did not pass re-registration ^[17] .

Petrik is the Director General and Scientific Director of the Research Institute of Fullerene Physics and New Materials, established by the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences in Moscow, the Foundation for Presidential Programs, and V. I. Petrik himself ^{[5] [7]} .

In the 1990s, V. I. Petrik was an economic adviser to the St. Petersburg Mayor's Office ^[5] .

In the early 2000s, he was Director General of Infpro CJSC of the Presidential Programs Fund, Director of the Strategic Studies Department of the Russian National Security Academy ^[5] .

At the same time he is the owner and scientific director of Holding Golden Formula LLC ^[5] .

Academician of a number of public academies: Peter the Great Academy of Sciences and Arts , St. Petersburg Academy of History of Science and Technology, International Slavic Academy of Sciences, Education, Arts and Culture, International Academy of Ecology, Safety of Man and Nature. In the past (before its liquidation), a member of the Academy of Security, Defense and Law Enforcement Problems ^{[5] [18]} .

In 2000–2006, he received four diplomas for discoveries from the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, three of which are “in the field of information theory”: “Phenomenon of formation of nanostructured carbon complexes”, “Regularity of formation of a geometric spatial multidimensional structure using a mathematical algorithm of the golden section”, “Phenomenon of magnetically ordered osmium-187 isotope states in a ferromagnetic matrix ”,“ The phenomenon of nuclear-spin selectivity in reversible chemical reactions with graphenes ” ^[19] . It should be noted that the diplomas issued by these public organizations do not have any legal force ^[20] .

It is reported that he allegedly discovered the formula of a win-win casino game, made discoveries in the field of ultrathin screen manufacturing, invented nanoaccumulators for cars, a method of driving vehicles that does not require energy sources, created an ever-rotating cylinder that does not consume energy ^[18] .

He created an underground “pyramid of Cheops” radiating rays that supposedly prolong human life up to 140 years ^[11] .

According to the entrepreneur Artem Tarasov , he developed a technology for extending life to 200 years, which Tarasov experienced on himself ^[21] .

Petrik's activities in introducing his filters for water purification were supported by the head of Rosatom, S. V. Kiriyenko ^{[22] [23]} .

On October 6, 2010, the day after the award of the Nobel Prize in Physics to Konstantin Novoselov and Andrey Geim for innovative experiments on the study of two-dimensional graphene material ^[24] , Petrik told the United Russian portal (copyright of the site belongs to the United Russia party) that he, and not Geim and Novoselov, is the discoverer of graphene (“or rather the“ high-reactivity carbon mixture — HVDR ”). Petrik said: “With regard to the decision of the Nobel Committee for awarding the discovery of graphenes, I can document in document who actually owns this discovery” ^[25] . On the REN-TV channel, Andre Geim commented on Petrik’s statements: “The Nobel Prize was not given for the discovery of graphene, which was not made by Petrik (if I’m not mistaken, this man’s name is Petrik), not by Ostap Bender. In 1918, people already knew what thermally expanded graphite is. We made devices from it. We have shown that this material has unique properties, and we have drawn the attention of the entire world community to this material. And the prize is given to us not for the discovery [of graphene], but for the discovery of the amazing properties of this material ” ^[26] .

On May 23, 2003, the newspaper St. Petersburg Vedomosti published on an entire newspaper page an article by A. Bondarenko “Serving for the good of Russia” devoted to the activities of Viktor Petrik. Petrik in the article was called a brilliant scientist and modern Leonardo da Vinci. Academician Alexandrov , who familiarized himself with the article, described it as “impetuous eulogy” Petrik, about whom he had never heard anything before. Aleksandrov made inquiries about Petrik and "received, to his surprise, from various sides as a whole, the positive characteristics of the hero of the article." In particular, Sergey Kapitsa described him as “a penetrative and talented inventor with a complex biography”. Mikhail Tolstoy told Aleksandrov that "he is a very rich man who has direct ties with the Russian Orthodox Church, the FSB and the Kremlin administration." Aleksandrov found in the article “a lot of elementary illiteracy and just blunders” concerning the technical side of Petrik’s described developments, and on June 12, 2003 sent a letter with his comments to the chief editor of the newspaper Kuzin. The editors did not respond to Aleksandrov's letter ^[27] .

In 2008, the Club of Scientific Journalists posted on the Internet the text of a letter to Aleksandr Kuzin from 2003. Petrik called Alexandrov and "politely asked to remove the text from the site." Petrik told Alexandrov that he “fully shares the outrage of the article, that its author is a typical“ stuck ”, which he inherited from the artist Glazunov. “But“ sticking ”he had already expelled and thereby redeemed the blame.” Petrik invited Alexandrov to an excursion to his private property in Vsevolozhsk , and also sent Alexandrov a "thick folder of documents for all inventions" and sought to write Aleksandrov about a laudatory article about himself. According to Alexandrov, “with this folder you can immediately go to the prosecutor’s office!” “The papers proved that Petrik not only appropriates other people's achievements, but also tries to sell them.” It followed from the documents that Petrik received from the Ministry of Defense 5 billion rubles for the development of a gamma laser. It also followed from the documents that “often Petrik’s initiatives were represented by the deputy. Minister of Defense Kokoshin ". Alexandrov refused to write a praise article about Petrik. After some time, anonymous messages began to arrive at his answering machine containing threats:

You are in an incredibly difficult situation, which is why all your weak mental abilities will be needed. You think you're very smart, but now you have climbed to a very high level. You are in a very difficult situation. I do not care what happens to you, but you are substituting, very seriously substituting other scientists from the RAS. And you still have the opportunity to call back, meet and make a decision ...

According to Alexandrov, the voice on the answering machine belonged to Petrik. The same voice said that he knew "20 ways of the traceless physical destruction." Alexandrov appealed for help to the Russian Academy of Sciences. With the assistance of Osipov, President of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Aleksandrov was met with an officer of the FSB central office. The FSB told Alexandrov that “for some reason they cannot pursue this person, and they advised to leave the city just in case.” Alexandrov left, after some time returned. In March 2010, he said that "he still does not feel safe." According to Alexandrov, “they want to close the commission on pseudoscience, and maybe even the academy, because the commission prevents“ sawing ”money to specific people.” “The Academy prevents rivers from turning and cash flows” ^{[28] [29]} .

On September 20, 2010, the program “ School of Slander ” aired with Alexandrov, where he, in particular, spoke about his relationship with Petrik ^{[30] [31]} .

He reported on the support of his research by United Russia on the party’s website ^[32] . In the entourage of State Duma Speaker B.V. Gryzlov, the correspondent for Rosbalt was assured that “United Russia” “hasn't tied anything together for a long time” with Viktor Petrik ^[33] .

On August 20, 2008, the Presidium of the General Council of the All-Russian political party United Russia made a decision to grant the right to use the name and symbols of the All-Russian political party United Russia to the winner of the All-Russian party competition Pure Water LLC Golden Formula Holding ^[37] .

Regarding V. I. Petrik and his relations with the party, there are numerous publications on the Internet. On January 28, 2010, Boris Gryzlov declared that Russian science, represented by its main representative, the Russian Academy of Sciences, has no right to judge “what is false science and what is not” (there is a commission on false science at the RAS, at which meetings the results of research were discussed V.I. Petrik) ^[38] . Earlier, V.I. Petrik called B. Gryzlov in one of his interviews a “brilliant scientist” who in the past “spent the nights” in the laboratory of Petrik.

Participation of Petrik in some meetings at the IINC

After the appeal of the Chairman of the State Duma B.V. Gryzlov with a request that the RAS specialists look at the work of V.I. Petrik ^[39] , Petrik organized a visit to the Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry. N. S. Kurnakova (Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow) ^[40] . Then academicians V.M. Novotortsev and M.V. Alfimov after the meeting made before NTV television cameras with approving statements about Petrik. On April 22, 2009, in the same institute, the first meeting of the board of trustees of the Innovations and Technologies exhibition was held under the chairmanship of B. V. Gryzlov ^{[41] [42]} , where V. I. Petrik gave a presentation on “Innovative discoveries in the field of fullerenes , modern technologies for the production of nanomaterials and alternative energy "and proposed to consider the following projects under the general title" innovative discoveries in various fields " ^[43] :

• a method for purifying liquid radioactive waste and a method for removing tritium from heavy water ;
• additive to motor fuels to improve the environmental performance of motor vehicle exhaust gases ;
• method of protection against counterfeit drugs based on anti-Stokes phosphors;
• production of optical armor ceramics, designed to work in extreme conditions;
• the method of separation and separation of platinum group metals ;
• gas phase fluorosilane production of semiconductor silicon ;
• solar cells based on photochemical systems with nano-oxide semiconductor materials;
• industrial production of nanocarbon materials, in particular, presumably graphenes and their use;
• industrial production of nanoscale metal powders;
• the program " Alpha-emitting drugs for nuclear medicine ";
• low-temperature thermionic converter .

The protocol of the meeting, signed by Gryzlov ^[44] , stated that “the effects discovered by V. I. Petrik are of substantial scientific interest,” and it was decided “to organize working groups at relevant institutions to provide scientific support for the above-mentioned inventions and technologies”. However, no official appeals to the Russian Academy of Sciences from the LLC “Golden Formula” holding company of V. I. Petrik followed after this ^[43] .

Visiting Petrik's lab and feedback

The delegation of the Russian Academy of Sciences visited the laboratory of V.I. Petrik on June 18, 2009 during the XXIV Chugayev Conference in St. Petersburg and filmed NTV . Then published on the website of Petrik videos c praises of academicians addressed to this inventor caused a heated discussion on the Internet. In these videos, Petrik’s work was highly appreciated by a number of members of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Academician S. M. Aldoshin , Academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences I. L. Eremenko , V. M. Novotortsev , O. G. Sinyashin and Corresponding Member V. I. Ovcharenko ) ^[45] , which was sharply opposed by a number of other members of the Russian Academy of Sciences ^[46] and the Club of Scientific Journalists ^[47] . This story is a paleontologist and a well-known fighter with pseudoscience, Kirill Yeskov, dubbed Petrikgeyt ^[48] . Vice-President of the RAS Academician S. M. Aldoshin specified that “probably, it sounded that“ You need to erect a monument ”. But you understand that it was said in a joking way! ” ^[49] , and Petrik announced his intention to sue the CNR ^[9] . The Russian Academy of Sciences has not yet provided an official conclusion, since, according to S. M. Aldoshin, the material for analysis (thermally split graphite) was transferred to them only in November 2009 ^[49] .

On October 21, 2009, Rossiyskaya Gazeta published an interview with Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences E. P. Kruglyakov , Chairman of the Commission for Combating Pseudoscience and Falsification of Scientific Research , where he mentioned that colleagues from Chelyabinsk sent a conclusion, which showed that Petrik purification of radioactive water gives wishful thinking and actually technology does not exist ^[50] . 12 ноября 2009 года в газете «Наука в Сибири» была опубликована большая статья академика Э. П. Круглякова под названием «Суета вокруг науки» ^[5] , где подробно разбирались претензии Петрика и отмечалось:

Любой физик, одолевший откровения «гения XXI века», немедленно скажет, что мы наблюдаем здесь смесь необоснованной мании величия с удручающим невежеством (вспомним «высочайший вакуум» в недрах Земли, «золотое сечение», «разрыв связей между атомами без всякой затраты энергии»). Но ничего не поделаешь, потребуется шаг за шагом комментировать нелепости представителя «частной науки», пригретого высокими чиновниками. Как никак, В. И. Петрик — победитель конкурсов «Единой России» по программе « Чистая вода », походя решивший заодно проблему превращения радиоактивной воды в питьевую «высшего качества». Есть у Виктора Ивановича (совместно с Б. В. Грызловым) патент «Способ очистки радиоактивных отходов» (патент Ru 2345430 С1). Кстати, в истории Государственной Думы с царских времен это первый случай, когда председатель парламента, обременённый множеством важнейших государственных обязанностей, нашёл-таки время на оформление сложного технологического патента.

Собрание Отделения физических наук и Общее собрание РАН

14 декабря 2009 года собрание Отделения физических наук РАН подробно обсудило вопрос о Петрике и поручило академику РАН В. Е. Захарову выступить на Общем собрании РАН 16 декабря 2009 года ^[39] . Отделение физических наук предложило сделать следующие выводы:

1. Отсутствие внятной и согласованной позиции нашей Академии по «делу Петрика» наносит авторитету нашей Академии очень серьёзный и все возрастающий ущерб.
2. Руководство Академии должно срочно принять меры, чтобы вернуть Академии позицию главного научного эксперта страны.

После выступления В. Е. Захарова Президент РАН Ю. С. Осипов предложил обсудить данный вопрос в группе специалистов РАН под руководством академика Э. П. Круглякова, председателя Комиссии по борьбе с лженаукой и фальсификацией научных исследований ^{[39] [51]} .

8 февраля 2010 года в интервью журналу «Итоги» Петрик обвинил Комиссию по борьбе с лженаукой в «беспрецедентном хамстве и грубости» и некомпетентности, а её председателя академика Круглякова — в «крайне ограниченной научной эрудиции». Он заявил: «Не сомневаюсь, что грязная история комиссии по лженауке рано или поздно закончилась бы и без меня. Вопрос только в том, сколько ещё человеческих судеб было бы исковеркано, сколько ещё талантливых учёных покинули бы Россию. Пришло время остановить этот позор: мое дело станет последней страницей в деятельности этой комиссии!» ^[52] .

Комиссия РАН по проведению экспертизы работ Петрика

11 марта 2010 года Президиум РАН издал распоряжение № 12000-169 об утверждении состава Комиссии по проведению экспертизы работ В. И. Петрика ^[53] :

12 марта 2010 года состоялось заседание комиссии РАН, которой поручена экспертиза технологий очистки воды, разработанных изобретателем Виктором Петриком, соавтором одного из патентов которого является спикер Госдумы Борис Грызлов ^[54] . «Было заседание, но не комиссии по борьбе с лженаукой, а комиссии, которая создана в Академии наук по проблеме „Петрик-Грызлов“. До окончания работы этой комиссии мы никаких комментариев давать не будем», — сказал Кругляков. По его словам, комиссия будет работать две-три недели. Он отметил, что провести экспертизу технологий Петрика просил на одном из совещаний сам Грызлов ^[55] .

20 апреля 2010 года было опубликовано открытое письмо от имени В. Петрика президенту РАН Ю. Осипову, в котором говорится, что «Вице-президента РАН, академика РАН Алдошина заставили отказаться от своих слов, которые ранее он произносил в своем интервью журналисту НТВ искренне и с восхищением об увиденном!» и «мне не остается иного способа остановить „академиков-борцов с лженаукой“ как предъявить иск Александрову Е. Б., Захарову В. Е. и Круглякову Э. П. о защите чести, достоинства и деловой репутации, а также иск об упущенной выгоде» ^[56] .

21 апреля 2010 года РАН опубликовала Заключение комиссии по проведению экспертизы работ Петрика В. И. ^[43] , в котором отметила, что «в мировой химической литературе (статьи в журналах химического профиля, монографиях, выступления на конференциях, семинарах и т. п.) полностью отсутствуют работы, выполненные В. И. Петриком или с его участием. Имеются 5 работ в журналах физического профиля, в которых В. И. Петрик выступает в соавторстве» и сделала выводы:

1. Деятельность г-на В. И. Петрика лежит не в сфере науки, а в сфере бизнеса и изобретательства.
2. Анализ патентов г-на В. И. Петрика по указанным выше направлениям показывает:
   • В большинстве предложений и патентов речь идёт о различных вариантах создания тех или иных устройств и материалов. Все они основаны на известных научных фактах. Решения, близкие к тем, которые излагаются в патентах, предлагались многими отечественными и зарубежными авторами. Вопросы об использовании в практике технологий или материалов предложенных в этих патентах должны решать потенциальные потребители продукции в каждом конкретном случае.
   • Предложение и патент на очистку тяжёлой воды от трития с использованием магнитного изотопного эффекта не могут быть реализованы, так как основаны на неверном представлении о свойствах ядер водорода, дейтерия и трития.
   • В патенте «Низкотемпературный термоэмиссионный преобразователь» дано ошибочное толкование наблюдаемого явления. Это толкование противоречит законам термодинамики. Наблюдаемое автором явление находит простое объяснение с позиций современных физико-химических представлений.
   • Особо следует выделить патенты, в которых предлагается использование наноматериалов в изделиях, рассчитанных на длительный непосредственный контакт с человеком (например, фильтры для очистки питьевой воды ). Имеющиеся сейчас в научной литературе данные говорят о физиологической активности многих наноразмерных веществ и материалов. В ряде случаев уже установлено, что такие частицы, в частности наноразмерные углеродные материалы, оказывают негативное влияние на здоровье человека и при длительном контакте могут вызывать различные заболевания, в том числе онкологические. Поэтому такие материалы можно использовать только при уверенности в том, что очищенная вода не содержит наноразмерных частиц.
     Подтверждением этому заключению является утверждение Главным государственным санитарным врачом РФ Г. Г. Онищенко методического указания МУ1.2.2520 — 09 ^[57] «Токсиколого-гигиеническая оценка безопасности наноматериалов».

23 апреля 2010 года на сайте РАН были опубликован полный текст отчёта комиссии вместе с приложениями ^[58] .

28 апреля 2010 года в Живом Журнале пользователя Виктора Петрика был опубликован ответ от лица В. Петрика на заключение РАН, в котором заявляется, что:

25 мая 2010 года на личной пресс-конференции Петрик обвинил членов РАН, усомнившихся в его изобретениях, в том, что они пошли на это за вознаграждение, обещанное представителями США ^[59] . В ответ на вопрос, будет ли он подавать иск к РАН или к конкретным академикам, Виктор Петрик заявил, что «будет ждать ответа президента РАН Осипова на своё открытое письмо, и если Осипов скажет, что Кругляков действовал от лица академии, то иск будет подан к РАН» ^[60] .

7 июля 2011 года Роспотребнадзором опубликован короткий пресс-релиз, согласно которому в результате проведенных ФГУН «Федеральный научный центр гигиены им. Ф. Ф. Эрисмана» сравнительных исследований бытовых фильтров кувшинного типа « Аквафор », «Барьер», « Брита », « Гейзер » и «Золотая формула» фильтры компании «Золотая формула» определены как наиболее эффективные при очистке воды от тяжёлых металлов ( мышьяка , цинка , кадмия , свинца ), фенола и нитритов ^{[61] [62]} . В СМИ отмечается, что о самом исследовании не известно практически ничего: не известен заказчик исследования, сроки его проведения, показатели сравнения фильтров и методики. Да и сам факт его проведения можно поставить под сомнение — ни заключение, ни протоколы экспертизы Роспотребнадзор пока не обнародовал. Неясно также, каким образом фильтры «Золотой формулы» сумели войти в пятёрку наиболее популярных ^[63] . Сотрудник отдела гигиены питьевого водоснабжения и охраны водных объектов института им. Эрисмана сообщил журналу «Итоги» , что они просто провели небольшую сравнительную оценку фильтров, результаты испытаний в институте сообщали только заказчику — Роспотребнадзору. По словам специалистов, работу оплачивала некая зарубежная фирма ^[64] .

В СМИ также отмечалось, что Роспотребнадзор — не первый исследователь продукции «Золотой формулы» ^[63] . В исследовании 2007 года по заказу Водоканала Санкт-Петербурга было выявлено значительное содержание посторонней микрофлоры . В том же году своё исследование УСВР провёл НИИ экологии человека и окружающей среды им. А. Н. Сысина , в котором было найдено, что в воде после фильтра 100 % рачков погибли за первые 10—15 минут из-за вымывания микрочастиц из сорбента УСВР и их попадания в отфильтрованную воду ^[18] . Исследование аналитического центра контроля качества воды «Роса» в мае 2010 года показало, что фильтр не задерживает хлор, быстро забивается при наличии в воде меди , алюминия , серебра , свинца и превращает пропущенную через него стерильную воду в непригодную для питья по микробиологическим показателям ^[65] . По результатам этого исследования Общество защиты прав потребителей обратилось в суд с требованием запретить фильтры Петрика ^[63] .

В мае 2010 года В. Петрик обратился с иском о защите деловой репутации к нескольким российским СМИ ^[66] в Арбитражный суд Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области, который в декабре частично удовлетворил его иск ^[67] . В итоге, как сообщили представители Виктора Петрика, принято решение о том, что издания « Росбалт », « Комсомольская правда » и « Новая газета » должны выплатить истцу по 200 тысяч рублей, а также опубликовать опровержения на своих полосах. При этом, как отмечают представители Виктора Петрика, решение не устроило ни одну из сторон. Журналисты настаивали на том, что опубликованные ими данные являются достоверными, Петрик, в свою очередь, просил суд о большей компенсации — более 21 миллиона рублей ^[68] .

At about the same time (May 2010), Petrik appealed to the Kuybyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg with a claim for the protection of honor and dignity against a number of media ^[69] . According to the editorial staff of the Rosbalt agency, Oleg Kashin was going to testify at a court hearing about the offer of a bribe from Petrik. In addition, the agency claimed that in electronic correspondence with the agency, Kashin reported on threats received by him from Petrik during an interview ^{[8] [70]} .

On July 7, 2010, the Society for the Protection of Consumer Rights, Public Control, filed a lawsuit in court against the manufacturer, LLC Golden Formula Holding, and the seller, Golden Formula Megapolis International Consumer Society, owned by Petrik, which requires that production be recognized and sold filters “Golden Formula ZF-MES” unlawful and prohibit their production and sale on the territory of the Russian Federation. The lawsuit was filed based on the results of an independent examination carried out by the Analytical Center for Water Quality Control of CJSC ROSA, which showed that when filtering natural water and water contaminated with some metals, the filter life turned out to be more than ten times less than that specified by the manufacturer, and water purification from active chlorine and typical organic pollutants, contrary to advertising, does not occur. In addition, the filter used to clean polluted water for some time makes the clean water passed through it unsuitable for consumption ^{[71] [72]} . According to the Company, on December 13, 2011, the Perovsky District Court of Moscow made a decision to satisfy the claims of the Consumer Protection Society and to declare illegal the actions of the defendants expressed in the production and sale of water filters containing the abbreviation “EMERCOM” on the label, “ Shoigu "and the national flag of the Russian Federation. The results of the expertise on filter safety should be sent to the Research Institute of Ecology, Human and Hygiene, and the environment to them. A. N. Sysina to court within two months, then a decision will be made concerning the prohibition of the production and sale of these filters ^[73] . On October 4, 2012, the Perovsky District Court ruled that it recognized Golden Holding Formula LLC (founder - Petrik) violating consumer rights due to misleading them regarding the properties of filters. On April 10, 2013, the Moscow City Court, having considered the appeal of the respondent, confirmed the decision of the Perovsky Court to ban the sale of Petrik filters ^{[74] [75] [76]} .

On October 7, 2010, the Kirovsky District Court of St. Petersburg accepted Petrik’s claim for protection of business reputation against RAS academicians Aleksandrov, Zakharov and Kruglyakov, as well as Nikolai Andreyevich Akhayan and Director of NITI ^[77] Konstantin Vladimirovich Dukelsky. Petrik accused the defendants of spreading inaccurate information about his inventions and causing him substantial material damage. The amount of the claim of V. Petrik was 1 billion rubles. As the plaintiff himself explained to the Fontanka correspondent, the amount was chosen solely for psychological reasons. “My goal is not to get money, but to restore the truth. And I will achieve the creation of a commission, and preferably an international commission, which will restore my good name. And I just scare the Academy with money, ”said Petrik ^{[78] [79]} . In 2012, the court refused to meet the requirements of V. Petrik ^[80] .

In April 2011, a civil suit against Petrik for causing moral damage in the amount of 2.5 million rubles was filed by Academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences E. Kruglyakov and E. Alexandrov in the Presnensky District Court of Moscow. Scientists have argued that Petrik regularly insults them in his speeches and is the organizer of a “massive information attack” against academics. The plaintiffs in their statement indicated that Petrik called them "sabotage group", which is sponsored by the Americans in order to "destroy our science" ^{[81] [82]} . In June 2012, the court upheld the lawsuit and decided: the defendant must pay each of the plaintiffs 20,000 rubles each and refute their allegations ^[83] .

According to the biography on Petrik’s website ^[7] , the main areas of his research activities are basic research and technology in

• fullerenes ,
• nanocarbon structures
• crystallography and optical ceramics,
• anti-Stokes compounds
• carbon sorbents with unique properties.

He lives and works in the city of Vsevolozhsk ( Leningrad region ). He is married, has a son ^[7] .

Imagine, there is a long fishing line under the asphalt. The wave self-organizes and self-condenses around a given object. Standing wave Do not try to understand anything! Understand - not real! ... Sly inventors at all times have co-sponsored some officials to make it easier to promote their inventions, but when I talk about this to Petrik, he almost shouts back:

- Gryzlov is a brilliant scientist! Do you know how many nights he spent with me in these laboratories? Even when no one knew him, not yet a politician.

Petrik says that he has photographs of young Boris Gryzlov in this laboratory. True, he cannot give them a chance to re-shoot them, but to show that I could write that yes, such pictures really exist, maybe only they need to go home. During the conversation, I ask Petrik several times to go for the photos, he does not seem to hear me, finally agrees to go. Leaves, travels again to the other end of his forest, returns with a single picture - photographed against the background of Petrik Gryzlov in a tracksuit fries kebabs. Gryzlov is gray, as it is now, and Petrik is also gray, as now, and apparently it is impossible to establish when this photo was taken ... ^[70]
