The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Voronezh Region dated December 2, 2004 No. 88-OZ “On Establishing Borders, Giving the appropriate Status, Determining the Administrative Centers of Municipalities of Gribanovsky, Kashirsky, Ostrogozhsky, Semiluksky, Talovsky, Khokholsky Districts and the City of Novovoronezh” [4 ] .
