Andrew Innes is a London-based musician and rhythm guitarist for Scottish rock band Primal Scream .

Biography
The early years
While in high school in 1978, Andrew Innes was the guitarist for the punk rock band The Drains from Glasgow . He met Bobby Gillespie and Alan McGee when they joined the group [2] . After the breakup, Innes and McGee went to London , where they founded the band Laughing Apple and recorded three singles from 1981 to 1982.
Revolving Paint Dream
In 1983, Alan McGee organized the independent record label Creation Records and the new band Biff Bang Pow! . Andrew Innes, along with his girlfriend Christina Wanless, created the band Revolving Paint Dream . They recorded two singles and two albums from 1984 to 1989. Andrew Innes and Alan McGee continued their collaboration after founding their own music bands. All Revolving Paint Dream records are released by Creation Records .
Primal Scream
While still a member of Revolving Paint Dream in 1987, Innes joined Primal Scream as a second guitarist, founded by longtime friend Bobby Gillespie . Andrew is listed on all albums since the debut of Sonic Flower Groove . As part of Primal Scream, he acts as a guitarist, composer, producer and co-author of texts.
