Farm
Nage mainly engaged in slash-and-burn manual farming (tubers, rice, corn), hunting and gathering. Until the middle of the 20th century , communal tenure was retained, large families, and three-clan unions. They live in cumulus-type settlements located on the slopes of the mountains, surrounded by stone walls. Pile houses, rectangular, are connected by an open gallery into a single complex, which is designed for the cohabitation of several large-family communities, leading a common household [3] .
Genesis
Nage clothing is a loincloth and a skirt or cain. Women fasten it over the chest, and men - on the belt. The diet is dominated by plant foods (boiled cereals and tubers with spicy seasoning), meat is eaten only on holidays. The agrarian cults have survived. Before sowing, they perform the ceremony of cleansing the fields and grains of rice. In the first new moon, before initiation of field processing, initiations are carried out [4] .
