Ali Askarovich Dzhusupov (born September 16, 1928 , Taraz ) is a Soviet artist of the lyrical warehouse, subtly feeling the life and beauty of nature. His landscapes carry the subtlety of the artist’s observations, the sincerity and immediacy of his feelings for nature. The works of the portrait genre are another of the facets of the artist’s original work. He created a gallery of portrait works in which Dzhusupov sought to show the complex multifaceted characters of people creatively and spiritually rich.
Biography
A talented artist - painter belongs to the first generation of Kazakhstani artists. He was born in the city of Aulie-Ata , from four years old he remained an orphan and was brought up in various orphanages in Dzhambul, Kazalinsk, Turkestan. Already then I did not part with a pencil. In 1948, he became a student at an art school in the city of Frunze. After graduating from college, the very gifted Ali Dzhusupov entered the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin in Leningrad. The training took place at the faculty of painting, qualification of the artist of painting was awarded.
Having entered the time of creative maturity, the artist enthusiastically works in the genres of landscape, still life, portrait, and especially the plot-thematic painting. Dzhusupov was a participant in many republican and all-Union art exhibitions. His art attracted with the truth of life, the pathos of created images, moral strength and lyrical perception of the world. One of the main topics of his work, Ali Dzhusupov chose motherhood. He devoted his first paintings to this topic. The painting "Women of My Homeland" (1965) became a textbook for Kazakh art. The artist created a romanticized image of a woman mother giving and saving life. The painting “First Reading” (1960s) belongs to the best works of Dzhusupov. In the foreground, on a koshma thrown on the thick green grass of a summer dzhailau, buried in a book, lies on his stomach a boy of six to seven years old. He is busy with his first book. Nearby is a grandmother with his little brother in her arms. Two worlds, two generations. Grandmother and grandchildren are past and present, eternal continuity. Also, the surrounding nature was a treasure for the hardworking artist, she attracted him with its mystery, sun, air and beauty.
